They took away the tracked shipping option and I never received the product. After asking them what happened they told me that I should have just chosen the tracked option, despite that not being possible. The workers are unaware of what options are even available on the website. They told me to wait 28 working days after ordering the product to ask again. I was then asked to "meet in the middle" and pay another 25% of the order price AND shipping and to only receive 50% of my order. So in total, I waited two months for an order that never arrived and am now being asked to pay MORE money for LESS than I ordered. And there is STILL no tracked shipping available so I may still not get the order again after paying more. 150 euros wasted. Don't let them take your money.
