“This is the second time placing an order through Chemical Planet. I've been very happy both times. The orders get dispatched very quickly and discreetly. The products are always of great quality. The customer service is fantastic, very quick response time to any queries. I've recommended the website to a few acquaintances and will continue to do so. 5 stars!”

“They took away the tracked shipping option and I never received the product. After asking them what happened they told me that I should have just chosen the tracked option, despite that not being possible. The workers are unaware of what options are even available on the website. They told me to wait 28 working days after ordering the product to ask again. I was then asked to "meet in the middle" and pay another 25% of the order price AND shipping and to only receive 50% of my order. So in total, I waited two months for an order that never arrived and am now being asked to pay MORE money for LESS than I ordered. And there is STILL no tracked shipping available so I may still not get the order again after paying more. 150 euros wasted. Don't let them take your money.”

“Hugh quality ALL. SWalews, storage mad other departments. Very fast delivery. So...I'm here a customer since 2017, and I'm not changing it. Always the best prices. Support almost 24/7. And in a couple of disputes because it happened they sanded the wrong items, not that my dispute was solved in 24 hours, but after sending the correct items (in 24 hours), I was informed that I don't need to return the wrong items. No. They just, mail to me: "Keep them as a gift, and happy research and your work. For me, the best of the best!!!”
