Having ordered 2 enamel mugs, imagine my disappointment when they finally arrived to find one was badly damaged. I emailed Falcon (with a picture of the damaged mug).
Imagine my delight and surprise when less than 30min later (no not a typo) I receive the following reply:
“Please accept my apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery.
I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you which will be dispatched tomorrow. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel.
If you don’t want to use it for consumption, I recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot.“
True to their word, 2 days later I received the promised replacement in perfect condition.
Brilliant product with superb customer service- highly recommended.
