Hi - admin and support on the phone were very easy and good. There was a bit of mix-up with the delivery date, but the support on the phone was very helpful in trying to rectify this, so all was okay in the end. I am dismayed with the number of leaves on my trees but I guess some of these may have blown off on the journey from Cheshire to Surrey.
