Amazing service, order was received on the day given, on time allowing my builder to lay the floor on schedule. Beautiful flooring, I went for the LVT grey herringbone with white scrims to match my skirtings. The advice on the scrim colour was suggested by the excellent customer service advisor who made sure that we had everything required and followed up with an email to confirm the order, delivery date and time. The quality and look of the flooring itself is gorgeous. It does take time and patience to lay and needs some experience so not for the novice floor layer. Overall can not fault the service received, especially the lovely lady at the call centre who was extremely helpful. Thank you, would not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family.
