The website was really easy to use from browsing to ordering and I was kept up to date via email and text about the process, when my order was dispatched and right up to the morning of delivery. Really impressed with your service so far especially as the order was only free samples and will definetly be ordering from you once I have chosen my floor. Also delivered within 48 hours despite the treacherous snow conditions.
