My wife requested a few samples from DFD and they arrived within around 3 working days. We made our decision on the day they arrived but I had a couple of questions as it was my first attempt at laying a laminate floor. I spoke with Dean who was extremely helpful and guided me through what I would need and re confirmed quantities based on my measurements. The flooring was ordered that day online and it arrived 4 working days later on a pallet which was well packed and removed afterwards. The flooring is great quality for the price we paid and the service was excellent. We are just waiting on the heading to arrive and it’s all done! Thanks DFD.
