I ordered this same product on December 1st with a delivery expected yesterday December 14th. Apparently the frame ordered was no longer available. The order was cancelled and refunded without any notification. This is outrageous! I re-ordered with a different frame but would have two weeks ago had you had the common, decent, professional courtesy of notifying me.
