Your "free 11x14" offer is misleading at best. 1) I required help by calling in (should not be required) and 2) the shipping cost dramatically increased as a result of accepting the redeem offer. Your email notice could/should disclose this information. Your contact center rep agreed that this issue causes many complaints and that the policy should be more transparent. As a federal regulator, your practice may be legal but it is unacceptable and hurts your brand.
