On my previous purchase, I'd picked shipping that was supposed to garner me a $15 credit toward ANY item. So, we picked a couple of mugs. Then, when I went to pay, the code that was sent was only for a discount on a canvas. So, I emailed customer service, waited the long weekend, only to be told that I could use it on any canvas. I didn't want a canvas! So, I called customer service. They were helpful and were able to get me the proper discount. HOWEVER, after I hung up and finished the check out process, I see that I was charged a ridiculous amount for shipping. Far more than what it was before entering the code. That is bait and switch. I don't appreciate it.
