I think you have a great product however am not satisfied with your shipping cost policies. I completed two carts - one without the "free 11 x 14" credit and one with. Without the free product credit, the shipping was $9.99 while with the product credit the shipping jumped to $17.99. Same size canvas. I did this accidently because I could not get the option to enter a free product code during initial checkout and realized that I had to go thru the link provided in the email I rec'd.
