I called because one of my prints came back really fuzzy it was the eagle and it came back blurry and fuzzy and they told me that I have to pay for shipping and a new print and I would have to send a new picture that wasn't distorted I'm very upset because this is the first time that I've talked to somebody and I got that kind of response please get back with me as soon as possible my name is Janet 319-269-0084 thank you
