Customer service is fantastic!! There was a mixup with one of my items and I called the number and spoke to a real person! They were friendly and helpful and corrected the issue- easy peasy. I had braced myself for a complicated drawn out and confusing process- often you “get what you pay for” and these canvases were inexpensive so I figured there’d be no actual customer service dept. I was so wrong! Also the prints I received are beautiful and the framing is high quality. 10/10 experience!
