Popped in to the york store (on the shambles) as i was looking for a replacment Troll bracelet that was stolen in a robbery. the young man was so helpful getting any charm i liked out and trying diffrent mixtures of glass and silver. he even left me to have a think whilst he helpped another lady.
will be back for more (with My Loyalty car please pass on my thanks to him
