Ordered online on Sunday afternoon and in my hand Tuesday morning. Called and spoke to them on Monday to confirm the item was in stock and would be with me on Thursday and was told it had already been dispatched.
Appreciate that there are some poor experiences here but for me it was possibly the smoothest and best online transaction I have ever made. Thanks - I will be back.
