Checkout states 'Dispatch in 1 day' but does not say that delivery takes 3 weeks. You only find out that the post takes 3 weeks after you have paid.
So I emailed immediately after ordering to request cancellation. They sat on the email for two days and then emailed back saying "Thank you for your message! Your parcel has been packed and dispatched from the warehouse"
Not really the kind of service that encourages repeat custom.
