A no-show. I booked a handyman for 8.00 am and received a call at 8.15 from the office saying the information hadn't been passed on and we should reschedule because no handyman could actually come! Needless to say I had scheduled my morning especially to make this work: what a waste of time and money this was. So unprofessional. There should be a policy of compensation in such cases.
