Our Handyman Gary is very good but sadly the office staff are letting the service down. Gary attends our office every two weeks on a Friday morning unless it is a bank holiday or Gary is away. I am afraid over the last 6 months this has not always been happening and Gary will sometimes turn up when we are not expecting him as he has been booked in for the wrong date. Gary quite often asks the office to check with us but this never happens. We thought things had improved but two weeks ago Gary turned up on the wrong date again. I look forward to your reply.
