As always 1-800-The-Sign.com was exceptionally easy to work with. They immediately understood our request and promptly provided a PROOF for our approval. We had a slight mix-up on our end which resulted in a double order of the same sign. When I called to see about cancelling the 2nd sign it had already been moved through production, but I was told a credit would be issued to our account. The following morning I received a call letting me know the 2nd sign had been cancelled. I greatly appreciated the extra steps taken on our behalf, especially when the error was on our end.
