The sign portion of my order was decent, but they shipped two completely different sized sign posts. When I called their customer service line, I was greeted by a rude woman who told me that they did that to cut down on shipping costs. She also said that it was advertised as such, which was not true. After arguing with her for a good 10 minutes, she finally realized that the website had a misleading description of the sign post dimensions. Only then did she offer to send me a new, correctly sized, post at no cost to me. No kidding? Gee, thanks! I would expect any company to make it right "at no cost" to the customer. Never going through this company again.
