everything was excellent i called to order my sign the everyone i talked to was very friendly, i had a little bit of an issue with my password but they stayed on the line with me untill we got it resolved, the imprint of the sign is excellent and once i figured out how the sign went together everthing went smooth and easy, the instructions could be a bit more thorough, i was putting the arrows into the sign where they where smooth with the sign , and they need to be put into the sign with the fat part of the arrow sticking out, that is my only complaint, GREAT product Great people GREAT price, Thank You, Barry
