I had a very poor experience with their customer service team. Every time I contacted them for assistance, they were rude and dismissive, primarily because I couldn’t speak their language fluently. Instead of being patient or finding a way to communicate effectively, they were unhelpful and often made me feel disrespected. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with technical issues that required support.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when choosing their internet service. If you encounter any problems, don’t expect polite or respectful assistance from their team. The language barrier seems to be an excuse for their poor attitude, and it’s clear they are not equipped to provide quality customer service to all customers. Save yourself the hassle and look for a provider that values its customers and offers better support.
