I use 10to8 for ecclesiastical appointments for my local church congregation. This has saved me from hundreds of back and forth calls and texts...just let them sign up for a time that suits them.
I wanted a lightweight, easy to use solution that would not pester congregation members with adds or emails as soon as they volunteered their email addresses. 10to8 gets a 5-out-of-5 stars. Currently, I am fine with the functionality offered on the free platform, but I will be happy to upgrade if/when needed.
