10to8 makes scheduling and payment booking easy and fun to use! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when software errors develop with my account (which they have done from time to time), I find that I have to inform 10to8 of the issue instead of the other way around. The errors have prevented clients from messaging or replying to me through 10to8, as well as receiving Zoom links in their email appointment confirmations to start online appointments at the scheduled day and time. 10to8 are always responsive and ultimately resolve the issues, which I deeply appreciate and why I remain loyal to their service; however the errors have cost me business and future bookings with some clients dissatisfied with online booking. My hope is that 10to8 can improve its troubleshooting of its software to minimize or even mitigate user issues and make the experience even more rewarding for its customers.
