I started using 10 to 8 scheduling in 2019. It was an excellent decision on my part! I operate as a sole practitioner tax preparation firm. During tax season I would have my wife answer the phone to make my appointments. While that wasn't too problematic, it wasn't the best use of her time. So I started using 10 to 8 and it has worked wonderfully with very few people not understanding how to make it work for them. For those people, they leave me a voice or email and I resolve the issue. It's great to have my clients pick out a time of their choosing for their tax appointment and then to have reminders sent to them as their appointment time approaches!
