This is my fave appointment setting app. I have setup close to or over 10 clients on 10to8 because I love it so much. I do wish the backend got a little bit of a new paint job, not because of my opinion, but at least half of my clients don't like the backend just because it looks esthetically outdated.
As far as functionality, 10to8 is my go to, it's dependable, the customer service is unmatched, and it has been able to do everything I've asked of it so far.
I have run a few side hustles through it over the past handful of years.
