Online booking is not aesthetically pleasing; could be better. Would be nice if price configurator functionality was possible like skymoonlabs free CleanTo. Being able to add two cleaners to the free version is nice, but not being able to assign more than one cleaner to jobs without paying for a premium package is extremely frustrating. Like buying a car and only being able to drive in 1st gear. Lastly, the ability to mass change recurring appointments would be nice also. Now have to modify them all individually to avoid incurring more count against the limited bookings. Outside of that, 10to8 is a decent solution that offers a lot of functionality to free users. Would consider Zenmaid one of the biggest competitive threats as it relates to cleaning providers (like ours)
