I have been using 10to8.com for a few yers, and the system has been improving a lot. The booking system is wonderful becuase people can book a slot for an appoinment using the dedicated booking page, and this automatically updates and syncs with my phone calendar and sends people reminders. I absolutely love it, and just hope they maintain the free acess for micro businesses like me. I will not be able to afford a paid monthly subscription, so will have to stop using it if that is the case.
