My order was extremely late due to the delays with Royal Mail which was no fault of the company. I messaged customer services to see if there was anything they could do and was immediately given an apology and offered a replacement. My card did eventually arrive and was perfect. High quality and easy to use. The product itself is great but for me the outstanding customer service from Alex is the main reason I would recommend the company.
