I have been extremely happy with the very professional and friendly service offered by Richard and the team at 123 Estate Agency. Within the last year I’ve started to use their letting services for our small portfolio of properties and Richard was very approachable and knowledgeable about the letting market. As a busy professional couple with a young family we wanted to hand our properties over to an agent to fully manage them for us, and so far we are very pleased with the services offered.
