I sent flowers to my sisters birthday.
But unfortunately the box was badly damaged when they arrived. The courier was royal mail in this case.
I contacted 123 flowers 💐 and was offered £5 discount.
But I don't feel I will use it if they ate using the royal mail as there chosen courier.
