I was involved in a party action. Everything was clearly explained and I was kept abreast of progression over a protracted length of time. If I have one criticism it would be that I didn't realise in real terms, the percentage Jefferies would claim from the settlement. If I were a sole claimant or one of only a few I would expect the amount taken would be as it was. But, as there were, as I understand it hundreds or thousands of Claimants, taking the amount received by Jefferies as a whole, it seemed a little excessive.
