The 2 men, Jonathon and Sean, that arrived to pick up my old sofa were very polite and courteous. They helped me move some art work and took down a sconce that was in the way. Both of them had great senses of humor and made the whole experience comfortable. Quick and efficient!!! Highly recommend.
