I was able to schedule an appointment online, and they came out that very same day. The employees contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Also, upon arrival, they were extremely friendly and super efficient. Everything was taken away within minutes. Plus, their prices are WAY more reasonable than those of other companies.
