Guys delivering were wonderful. Friendly, efficient, contientious and informative. I was glad to hear that our used sofas that weren't good enough to donate to a thrift shop, but too good to throw out, might be given to a family in need. The reason I gave a 4 star rating is the price for this service is very high and I wasn't given a quote ahead of time. I gasped.
