The entire process was well done, we had an upright piano, no one told me there would be an up charge for this. I also recommend for customers to break up bulk items as the truck is loaded to top and then once full they can’t take bags or smaller items. Though my space is still not completely junk free, I’ve learned how this service works for the future.
