booked our pickup on line. I got the confirmation quickly. i did have a question that was answered when Icalled. I got email updates on status. The day of the pick up the team called me to keep in in the loop of when they would arrive. They removed my items quickly and carefully. The team was very professional and i would use them again if needed.
