I appreciatead the 40 year-old man (I forgot his name, typlical of an older person like me). He was courteous, in good spirits, and never stopped moving. He was using his time well and a little chatter to keep me happy was easy for him. All in all two aware people - one busy, the other happy at the outcome. I think he was focused, but not too much. To much blanking out the other person can deaden the attitude.
