The junk removal process was excellent from start to finish. The online booking tool was easy to use and I loved that it had a rescheduling feature. Communication was great from everyone involved. I received a confirmation email after booking online. A member of the dispatch team contacted me the morning of my appointment and the driver called when they were 20 minutes away from my home. Both Mike and Denzel were polite, professional thorough. I would recommend this service to others.
