Super easy to make an appointment online, the crew calls at least 30-40 minutes before they arrive. When they get here, the guys are always super-friendly, and they ask what's to be taken and explain the pricing. The crew removes the items, cleans up, and I pay. No fuss, no muss on my part. What's not to like?
