I called around 9:30 am requesting an estimate for the removal of a treadmill. They gave me a quote and by 1 pm they removed the item. The guys kept me informed about the time they would be there. I got a call right away to confirm my appointment and address. They were running a little behind due to traffic (to be expected at adding me to their schedule last minute.). I was called and they explained in general that they were in the area and would call back when they were on their way. Sure thing they called and kept me informed. From start to finish I was very impressed and the guys were so friendly, polite and professional. I was surprised how quickly and smoothly the whole process was. I would definitely recommend the guys!
