Online scheduling was easy as could be. When the job before mine ran longer than expected, the driver called me to let me know and they ended up only being about 30 minutes late. We walked through what needed to be hauled away and went over the pricing. When the truck was loaded, the estimate was spot on. Both employees were professional, courteous and friendly. I would definitely use 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the future.
