Leo & Mario were the two men that came to my house to pick up the items I needed hauled away. Both Leo & Mario were professional, easy to talk to, kind and polite, and presented themselves as trustwothy and safe. I mention trustworthy & safe, because as a single mother with one daughter, it is crucial that I can sense both trustworthiness & safety before letting anyone into our home. I felt confident right away that Leo & Mario both knew the importance of possessing these characteristics. They worked quickly and thorougly. They were both excellent at their work and their customer service skills were exemplary.
