I've used them twice now to remove large furniture and miscellaneous items before moving. Each time I was treated courteously by the reps.I have physical and mental health issues that keep me from being as tidy and organized as I should. Not being embarrassed about my "junk" situation was such a relief. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them for moves, estate cleaning, DEPRESSION CLEANING AND HOARDING situations because I've had such a great experience with two completely different franchises. The pricing is also upfront and reasonable. They look at what you want gone and the pricing is based on volume and, in the case of mattresses, a recycling fee.
