To start with, I went online to make an appointment to remove a sofa bed and a twelve foot long retractable awning, both heavy. EASY! Within minutes I had the date and time confirmed. The day of the removal I received a text message as a phone call to give me the exact time. Two pleasant and polite young guys showed up, muscled the sofa bed out of the house and into the truck along with the awning and took off after I paid them with a credit card. No hassle, no problems and the stuff I had sitting around was gone.
