Pick up team very courteous and professional. Had to reschedule first day because the team didn’t show up in allotted time period and I had a physical therapy appt. There was no update during that time. Second day was totally different. Team an hour and a half late but received up dates every half hour. Allowed me to run errands etc. Worked out okay. Updates are critical. Please review. Otherwise great job.
