I had a wonderful experience. Minutes after making the appointment I received a call and was given a more accurate ETA. Upon arrival, Jerrod and Michael were both polite and professional. They explained the removal process and answered all of my questions. Despite the heat they worked fast and even cleaned up the leftover debris.
