Excellent web page to set up appointment, received confirmation of pickup date and time, received phone call to confirm when drivers would arrive. Drivers were very neat, clean cut and very pleasant to work with. The pricing seemed a little high for what we had them remove, but it saved us a lot of headaches with a 17 step stairwell and having to make a trip or two to the dump so not complaining. Would recomend this company
