The entire experience honestly exceeded all my expectations (granted, I didn't really know what to expect, but still). The potential for a bunch of my old junk to have a second chance without me having to figure out how and where to individually donate each item during the stress of a move from a bigger apartment to a smaller one was the biggest reason I wanted to give this a shot. Chris and Adrian arrived on time and from the beginning to the end were super nice, professional, quick, and fun to talk to! This was definitely a "luxury" purchase for my personal budget, but I actually felt good about where my money was going by the time all was said and done. 10/10 would recommend!
