Ordered part for 2012 Town and Country. Package came with visible damage. Damaged the parts. Went to 1A Auto website to initiate the return (part was $140+) I was advised to keep the part, not necessary to return it. Refund was credited to my bank in 2 business days. They suggested it any part of parts were salvageable to donate to local school automotive program. Super impressed all the way around with this company. Have already ordered from them again.
